This tasting menu brings together some of the dishes that best represent the essence of Markina: excellent ingredients, traditional cuisine, and dishes prepared to order.<\/p>\n

The beef and mushroom carpaccio kicks off the dinner with a balance of intense and elegant flavors. Next comes our renowned Markina scrambled eggs, made with free-range eggs. For the main course, you can choose between hook-caught hake, served baked or Roman-style, or the deeper, more comforting flavors of oxtail or beef cheeks slowly braised in red wine.<\/p>\n
